This is my first print of my art work. It's been a fun journey perfecting watercolor prints. There is something very special about creating and owning an original piece of art knowing that it's the only one. With that being said, I want my art to also be accessible to those who may not be able to afford the original piece. To compromise between making prints and originals, I have decided to hand paint gold on each map after the print is produced (See pictures). While researching watercolor prints, I discovered that the gold acrylic I use on my originals does not show up on prints and thus I have decided to hand paint over the print with gold acrylic giving each print it's own spark of uniqueness.
